In your mentoring program, we jointly agree to the following rules.

  • Confidentiality. Our mentoring is intended to be one of trust and confidence – we agree that we will treat the information disclosed to us by you as a mentoring partner as confidential.

  • Non-solicitation. Our mentoring is not to be used for recruiting or hiring purposes.
