What type of information do we collect and why?

Personal details

In case we have an in person interaction with you, for example a mentoring session, we will ask you to share with us the following information: name, email address, job title, industry, company name, company address, phone number, LinkedIn profile URL.

When you sign up to our newsletter, or download information from our website, we collect the following data: Name, country, email address.

We only collect the data you provide to us, meaning with your consent and we use this data to update you on relevant, local, information about It's C time and we aggregate this data to get internal insight.

Sharing of information with third parties

It's C time is a global operating company, with offices in these locations. We are operating closely together, which means the teams in the different locations use the same systems.

When necessary, personal data will be shared with third parties.

We use tools provided by external parties to ensure effective execution of our business. Examples of these tools are: Google Drive, Eventbrite, Mailchimp and YouTube.

Control of your personal information

You have the right to access, modify or delete your personal information at any time. We will fulfill requests to your personal data within 30 days. Requests can be send to info@itsctime.nl

You may unsubscribe from our email communications at any time by emailing info@itsctime.nl.

While we do not hold personal data any longer than we need to, the duration will depend on your relationship with us.
